Food is considered "fuel" for the body and therefore it is justifiable to state that food is a dominant factor in maintaining optimal health. The recipes and information provided in this site are for educational purposes and will hopefully ignite a burning passion for knowledge. My advice to you is to step outside of your comfort zone- get creative in the kitchen, and research any new concepts or ingredients that you are unfamiliar with.
